Ellis Practice
Appointment system update July 2022
Our ONLINE booking system www.patientaccess.com is as follows :
From 6.30 pm we release a limited number of NEXT day appointments
From 8 am onwards on a rolling basis we release a limited number of SAME day appointments
We offer appointments 2 to 4 weeks in advance
If you are unable to use the online booking system you CAN call the surgery on
020 8736 7198 to make an appointment.
We do not offer walk in appointments.
We have 2 receptionists answering telephones between 8 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately if a patient has a complex query which may take some time the telephone queue may build up, for this reason we are ENCOURAGING all our patients to register for our ONLINE services.
If you email our practice account nhsnwlccg.ellispracticewelford@nhs.net from a secure email address requesting ONLINE booking paperwork we would happily email it to you. In this email can you please state your mobile number, address and DOB so we can verify you on our clinical system.

If you cannot keep the appointment, you must cancel it as soon as possible. We are working very hard to offer more appointments and reduce our DNA's (Did Not Attend). We would be very grateful if you could cancel your appointment in order for it to be given to someone else who needs it.
