You can hand in your documents at reception, the receptionist will scan and upload the document on our clinical system and hand it back to you.

You can respond to a text message with the document attached which will automatically place the document into your clinical notes.

Please note we automatically receive a copy of most hospital documents electronically within days of your hospital visit. Unless there is very urgent action, please do not bring a copy to us.
